Happy Halloween

I think I love Halloween just as much as my kids do!  Tonight we went to the big Halloween Bash at church and we all had a great time.  Even Yoda wore his costume, I think mostly because he realized there was candy involved!  Happy Halloween everyone!

Thank you!

Aloha!

When Sofia told me she wanted to get a giant water slide for her birthday party, I was like, "Yes!  That is an excellent idea!"  I didn't know just how fun it would actually be for me too!!!!!  This party was a BLAST, for everyone!  I think we will do a luau, and a water slide for every birthday from now on:)  She looked beautiful and we all had a great time.  It was fun to plan it with her, she is definitely at an age where she wanted to be a part of it all.  She picked out her dress, the water slide, she even drew a picture of exactly what she wanted her cake to look like (I definitely tried to match her drawing).

Mommy with the birthday girl and "birthday girl sister."  Emmy was so proud to be that title:)

The GIANT water slide in our backyard, I had NO idea it was going to be THIS big!!!!!!  So fun!  So glad it fit!

One of our stations was to pose as a real Hawaiian:)  This was Emily's favorite!

Little Girl is 6!!!!!!

I can't believe it, I officially have a six year old!!!!!  She is wonderful, beautiful, amazing, talented, respectful....I could go on and on and on:)
We went to American Girl and of course brought Saige (her doll, that she LOVES) and celebrated with Mimi, Emily and Sullivan.  It was so fun to celebrate such a fun girl.  Happy Birthday Little Girl.

Started the day with gifts.  She finally got her Cinderella bike that she wanted SO badly.  She rode it all over the house:)

Happy Birthday to you!

Birthday girl's sister- that is the title Emily gave herself.

Cheerleader

Sofia has decided that she wants to be two things in life:  a veterinarian and a cheerleader.  I will help her do both:)  We started with cheerleading.  She LOVED it!!!!  She went to a class every week, performed in two parades, and at the Dodger game. It was super exciting to see her doing something she loved.

Sofia's and her #1 fan

LOVE this one!

I love this picture because it shows the chaos and fun that it is to be at a parade:)

Here is Sofia and her coach

It was also Emily and Sullivan's first baseball game.  They weren't very interested in the game.  However they loved all the junk food, and the GIANT bobble heads.  Sullivan kept telling us he wanted to hold it's hand and then for us to take his picture.  It was all quite hilarious!!!!  Emily is still
talking about the cotton candy:)

We love summer!

We have all LOVED summer.  The sleeping in, the PJ days, playing, playing and more playing.  We also love the beach....well two of the three do.  Sofia was born to be a beach babe!  She loves the water, the sand, the sun, the running, playing everything about it.  Emily loves, none of it!  She doesn't like being outside, the water, the sand, the hot.....I mean none.  Sullivan loves the sand!  He loves building with it, throwing it, shoveling it, sitting in it....he likes the water, but every time there is a big loud crash of a wave he is done, and it is cold.  My favorite part is that he calls it a "hot pool,"  because that is what we call our hot tub at home, and then is really shocked and possibly offended when the water is cold.  He always says, "NO, NO, and runs away crying."  Here are some pics of our recent beach outing.  We went with family friends and had a GREAT time!  I think our smiles in all of the pictures tells you that though:)

It's in the water

So everyone I know, and I mean everyone I know is pregnant!  It made me feel so nostalgic, especially because half of them are due in October and everyone is finding out what they are having.  I remembered this video that Chad took right after Sullivan was born to come out to the waiting room to tell my mom and Sofia that he was a boy.  Their reactions couldn't have been more different...ha ha!  Sofia definitely wanted another sister (which she is glad he is a boy now), but wasn't so sure once Chad said he was a boy, and my mom couldn't have been more excited.  I LOVE this video and just wanted to share.

Bikes

Ok so I have not posted in FOREVER!  We are just too busy, sorry.  However today I just wanted to give a quick update.  My life is CRAZY!!!!!!!  I can not wait for summer, and to just hang out and not worry about schedules.

Sofia has almost finished Kindergarten, has no teeth, and is my busy girl.  She reads, loves ballet and tap, loves to do art, and is still doing daisy girl scouts.

Emily is growing up WAY to fast!  She is now 3 and loves to be with her big sister as much as possible.  The two are the best of friends!  Emily LOVES ballet (if fact I can't get the girl to wear anything but a leotard these days), she has really started to love coloring, and loves, loves, loves to ride her bike.

Sullivan, my VERY busy little man.  He is a talker for sure.  He repeats everything, goes everywhere, is into everything, and loves music.  He carries around an ipod almost everywhere he goes.

I love being a busy mom of three!!!!!

Here they are doing some bike riding.  Yes I know Sullivan has a pink car, such is the life of a boy with sisters.
I love this picture because of the look of adoration in Emily's eyes.  And I remember I wanted them all to just look at me, but Sofia was so worried that Emily was just going to take off and be "unsafe."

Here Emily is doing what she calls her "squeankie smile,"  and I love that Sullivan would like us to just get going, and Sofia has NO teeth!

My big bike rider

There she goes!

This is typical of little man, phone in one hand, beads, and a hat.  The shirt and tie are just bonus:)
